Steve handled the detailed ordering of the spiral staircase from Salter, he responded to a panicked e-mail from us while he was on vacation, modified the product to fit our home as a result of manufacturing error AND has made contact with Salter to reimburse me for the extra work he had to do due to the error. I do not think it gets better than this in terms of a job well done!! Again we are more than satisfied with the results and the interactions with Steve.
