The most notable thing for me was that none of them offered wood decks except James from Maxx. My budget did not allow for Duradeck so I was grateful for his suggestion "Why not wood?", and I kept my old rails. Originalyl I was told it would be at least a month but they managed to fit me in and now I'm already for spring gardening. The workers were great and when I had a small concern at the end James immediately responded and offered to make that change. As well, the stairs off my deck are excellent. James sloped them perfectly and they are so wide and comfortable to use . I was able to stay in budget and love the look of my small, long new deck. It was unsafe before and Maxx has built it to be solid,safe and pretty!”
